Important Booking Update

We’ve been listening to the feedback from our community and visitors, and we’re making changes to improve the way you book with Dhimurru.
We understand that our current booking system has not always been the most user-friendly, and we hear you.

Dhimurru is currently transitioning to a new booking system that will make the booking process easier and more accessible for everyone.
During this transition, all future CAMPING booking requests must be submitted via email, effective immediately.

You will still get your on-Country passes online from here and via the button below.

Please send all CAMPING booking enquiries and requests to: permits@dhimurru.com.au

While we make this change, response times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works to improve our booking services.

All existing confirmed bookings will be honoured, unless you are contacted directly by the Permits Team.

We will continue to share updates about the new booking system through our website and Facebook page.

Thank you to our community and visitors for your feedback, patience and continued support of Dhimurru Aboriginal Corporation.

Permits must be accessible for rangers to check:

  • Print a copy of your Visitors Access Permit and Camping Permit and leave it on your dashboard when out in the Recreation areas.
  • Screenshot the permit ready for ranger patrols.
  • ‘No network’ is not an excuse and anyone that doesn’t comply will be prosecuted as per Permit Terms and Conditions.
  • Make sure your vehicle registration is up to date on your permits. You can do this by emailing new vehicle registration to permits@dhimurru.com.au

There is more information available on our different recreation areas from the list above.
