2017 Dhimurru Advisory Group Meeting
March 21st & 22nd
The Dhimurru Advisory Group assembled for its fourth annual meeting this week.
The Advisory Group was established to bring together the agencies and organisations with responsibilities and interests in the Dhimurru IPA to collaborate and assist each other in fulfilling their respective roles.
This year’s meeting saw a joint format with the Yirralka Rangers, held across three days. Members expressed continuing strong support for the group noting that this is one important aspect of promoting and supporting Indigenous led land and sea management.
